About The Position
The Royal Street Café Host is responsible for greeting and seating guests in the restaurant.
Requirements
- Light lifting requirements
- Cocktail service knowledge
Responsibilities
- Know all table and position numbers and direct guests accordingly
- Clean menus and the front area of the restaurant
- Stock matches, restaurant cards, and toothpicks at the host podium
- Dim dining room lights at the beginning of dinner service
- Other duties as assigned
