About The Position

Royal Cinemas is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our family for the upcoming holiday season. This part-time position involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, primarily during weekends and holidays. Ideal candidates will have flexible availability and a positive attitude, contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit excellent customer service skills
• Answer guest questions or direct them to the appropriate source
• Greet guests, tear tickets, check IDs, and direct guests to their auditorium
• Perform cash and credit card sales at the concession stand
• Upsell/suggestive selling as a cashier
• Operate, prepare, and clean all concessions-related equipment
• Assist with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management
• Perform basic cleaning tasks
