About The Position

The Roving Store Worker at the Express is responsible for assisting customers in locating products, ensuring the store is well-stocked, and providing excellent customer service. This role emphasizes understanding customer needs, maintaining merchandise, and contributing to sales growth through effective communication and product knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Creditable job-related experience may substitute for education on a 9-month for 9-month basis.
• Flexible availability, including weekends for two weekends a month.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products they are looking for.
• Ensure the store is stocked with desired products.
• Stay up to date on product trends and customer needs.
• Prioritize customer needs over tasks to enhance shopping experience.
• Maintain merchandise, signs, and labels on the sales floor.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers.
