Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) for their National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. In this role, the individual will provide support across various branch locations within a specific geography, covering for absent bankers or tellers or temporary vacancies. The position requires flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and surroundings while consistently meeting customer needs. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach, proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers achieve financial success. The banker will assist customers with basic requests such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. This role involves receiving direction from managers, exercising judgment within defined policies, developing an understanding of bank products and services, interacting with customers to build relationships, providing suitable options for bank products, and referring customers' financial needs to other partners. As a SAFE position, it involves customer contact and duties that may include offering/negotiating terms or taking applications for dwelling-secured transactions, requiring compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Individuals in this SAFE position must also meet the Loan Originator (LO) requirements under Regulation Z, as outlined in the job expectations.
