About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) to support various branch locations within the Lincoln/Greater NE District. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with account openings, and addressing customer needs while adapting to different branch environments. The position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and involves significant customer interaction to help clients succeed financially.

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer interaction experience or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions.
• Ability to educate customers on technology and mobile banking options.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team to meet customer needs.
• Ability to identify potential fraud and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities
