About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) to provide support across various branch locations within a specific geography. This role involves covering for bankers or tellers who are out of the office, ensuring exceptional customer service, and building relationships with clients. Requirements

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action.
