Requirements

• Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field.
• Ability to travel throughout the Orlando region.
• Reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to 'make ready' status.
• Prepare apartments for new residents in a timely manner.
• Assist on-site maintenance teams in the day-to-day operations of their properties.
• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, locks & keys, basic carpentry, painting and drywall repair, janitorial, and grounds maintenance.
• Provide on-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Respond and remedy maintenance issues in a timely manner.
