About The Position

The Goodman Group is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to join their team! The Roving Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency for the maintenance operations within our residential communities, managed by The Goodman Group. Key responsibilities include providing maintenance coverage and on-call duties in the absence of maintenance personnel at any assigned residential communities; supporting and training maintenance staff; operating within the established maintenance budgets; planning, scheduling and/or conducting required or preventative maintenance; inspecting and auditing property maintenance shop; technical assistance; and other assigned projects to achieve objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of maintenance experience in apartment maintenance repairs or a directly related field
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Boiler's license required
  • Must be able to pass & obtain CPO license
