About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Roving Maintenance Technician to join our team for the San Diego Conventional - North County in Cardiff, CA. As part of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence and curb appeal of the apartment community, delivering superior service to our residents, and supporting the maintenance team in all aspects of Property Management Maintenance to include upkeep, repairs, and turnovers for multiple properties. This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour.
