Action is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Roving team in Los Angeles.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Valid California Driverâs License required
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience or course work in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Ensures upkeep and repair of common areas within the Association.
- Patching and painting
- Wallpaper repair
- Cleaning engineering spaces.
- Handle emergency preparedness and response
- Addressing issues such as floods, fires, power outages, and earthquakes promptly.
