Requirements

A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.
Computer literacy
Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
A high school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired.

Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
Roving requires the ability to travel to all TPS properties.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments.
Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents.
Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied.
Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience.
