This pivotal role covers both planned and unplanned leave, ensuring continuity of high-quality, person-centred care and strong operational performance wherever you go. Interstate travel will be a key and exciting part of this role, as you work on-site across different states and services.

Requirements

• Current AHPRA RN registration (preferred)
• Proven success leading aged care facility operations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and financial acumen.
• Skilled in compliance, accreditation, and quality standards.
