About The Position
Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Roving Assistant Property Manager with a proactive mindset to join our dedicated team. As a Roving Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for working with on-site teams nationally to improve performance, assist with on-boarding and/or staffing needs across our Affordable and Luxury (Signature) Portfolios including lease-ups. You will work closely with the property manager to complete day-to-day tasks as needed along with special projects and training. You are essential in enforcing and training the importance of complying with company policies, all applicable regulations in the proper maintenance, execution and distribution of records pertaining to occupancy, income, and expenses.
