Creates Rehab Tech. positions in the iCIMS system. Reviews applications and conducts pre-interview screening via telephone with eligible candidates. Schedules and conducts initial interviews. Completes hiring documents. Assist Residential Leadership with orienting new supervisory staff and coordinate staff training. Schedule and complete Rehab. Tech. orientation process. Complete IT forms appropriate to the Rehab. Tech. position. Schedule initial training and set up shadow shifts in the residential homes. Coach on-line training sessions in HN Education Center computer lab, including eCare, Resident Rights and other role required modules. Coordinate Rover Pool staff placement at various sites, including shift scheduling and in response to non-scheduled staff absences. Provide location assignments on a daily basis to rover pool staff. Triage staffing needs of programs and assign rover pool to the program in need. Provide direct supervision of all Rover Pool Staff including: Hire and schedule direct care staff. Ensure accurate timecard use and administration. Supervise Assistant Residential Supervisor on 3 rd shift for Campus. Coordinate schedule with Residential Leadership on Campus to provide adequate leadership coverage. Along with nursing staff, ensure that Rover Pool staff are trained and able to provide excellent resident health support, accurate medication and medical treatment administration and documentation. Provide orientation and schedule staff training. Track staff skill competency. Provide leadership, support and supervision to staff. Conduct scheduled performance evaluations in a timely manner. Communicate essential information to staff and solicit feedback/input from staff; Conduct routine supervisory meetings. Respond/follow up on the concerns/questions of the staff; promote positive morale, act as moderator in situations of staff dispute or disagreement involving the workplace. Provide and facilitate opportunities for staff growth in the areas of interpersonal communication and teamwork. Consult with Human Resources representative as needed and appropriate. Respond to Residential Leader communication regarding Rover Pool Rehab. Tech or Rover Pool process issues. Attend Residential Leadership meetings and participate in Residential Leadership initiatives. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30AM-5PM
