About The Position

The Logistical Routing Specialist at Global Sales and Warehousing (GSW) is responsible for managing the routing of Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) orders, ensuring effective communication with customers and carriers, and maintaining accurate documentation. This full-time position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service, contributing to the company's reputation in the logistics industry.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with routing portals, including Amazon Vendor Central, or a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in using computers and software systems (training provided for Extensiv).
• A proactive attitude and commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar field is a plus.
• Familiarity with LTL shipping processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Route LTL orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Print and prepare documentation for warehouse operations.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager by delivering necessary documents and updates.
• Learn and use routing portals such as Pilot, Estes, TQL, Manhattan, TJX, Amazon Vendor Central, and more.
• Utilize Extensiv Warehouse Management Software (training provided).
• Maintain and organize freight bills by date, PO, and fee.
• Respond promptly to emails and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Be available to work on-call for weekend customer requests.
• Work on-site five days a week, as required.
