Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent (Preferred).
• Two to three (2-3) years of experience in the field or in a related area (Preferred).
• Experience with Logistics Software (Required).
• Dynamic routing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and understand when to escalate potential issues.
• Excellent judgement and decision making skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support the LES safety culture through planning safe routes to customer sites in accordance with DOT rules and regulations.
• Analyze and develop routing plans to effectively meet daily goals.
• Strong focus on meeting customer expectations through routing on-time services.
• Minimize cost of fleet assets through effective use of logistical software to plan and execute daily routing needs.
• Work in coordination with Branch Operations Managers to effectively manage fleet assets.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Work within the Department's expense budget to contribute to cost-effective operation of the Company.
• Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinate with other Liquid Environmental Solutions departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
