About The Position
The ROUTES Job Coach position is part of Westford Academy's 18-22 Transition Program, reporting directly to the Lead Teacher. The role is designed to advance the mission of WPS by fostering lifelong learners who are responsible and empathetic community members. The Job Coach will work under an individual agreement contract, providing a variety of opportunities within inclusive learning environments that honor diversity and variability.
