Key Obsessions: Operate Equipment Efficiently Perform secondary router operations including cleaning, prepping, deburring, countersinking, and tapping. Operate table saws, drill presses, flex arms, and related power hand tools to support router production. Accurately record part movement and material usage in the ERP system. Monitor workflow and adjust processes as needed to maintain efficiency and minimize delays. Produce Quality Parts Inspect parts for dimensional and visual accuracy to meet specifications. Identify and record issues in SharePoint to support corrective action workflows. Follow standard work practices to ensure consistency, precision, and on-time delivery. Communicate quality concerns promptly and collaborate with team members to prevent recurrence. Maintain Equipment and Safety Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move and stage materials. Perform routine housekeeping and preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment in top condition. Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Identify potential safety hazards or equipment issues and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
