Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating 'Customers for Life.'
• Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections.
• Work on pre- and post-construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems.
• Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles.
• Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards.
• Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
