About The Position

A Route Service Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive management of linen routes and various day-to-day managerial duties. This includes ensuring routes are adequately staffed by Route Service Representatives (RSRs) daily, managing daily billing and product flow, and handling route settlements. The supervisor is also tasked with maintaining strong customer relationships through regular visits and obtaining manager surveys. Key operational duties involve performing inventory and quality checks, completing daily cash-in and debriefing sessions with RSRs, and conducting daily checklists, RSR performance evaluations, and driving evaluations. Financial responsibilities include timely management of accounts receivable to keep customer billing current. The role also involves resolving customer issues related to merchandise or service, training RSRs on company standards, and ensuring timely customer renewals to support company longevity. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of RSRs and the truck fleet, overseeing weekend duties, checking emails for customer call-ins, and tracking Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for managed routes.

  • Making sure customer renewals are done in a timely manner to ensure the longevity of our company
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the RSR's and fleet of trucks
  • Responsible for making sure the weekend duties are covered by RSR's
  • Checking the emails for the call in from our customers and reporting them to RSR's for delivery
  • Responsible for keeping track of KPI reports for the routes that you are responsible for managing
