About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative (RSSR) to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The RSSR will drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. This role is physical and fast-paced, requiring both indoor and outdoor work. The RSSR will be responsible for delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other rental items. As the face of Cintas to our customers, the RSSR must build rapport with key decision-makers, ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns. In addition to servicing existing accounts, the RSSR will also focus on growing the customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Responsibilities include negotiating service agreement renewals and controlling inventory while adhering to safety and compliance regulations related to driving and vehicle operation. Most RSSRs work a 4-day workweek with no weekend shifts, allowing for a better work-life balance.
