About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts. This position involves providing excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers' surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment. The representative will drive a customized company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, as well as lift and carry equipment into and out of customer accounts. The role also includes growing the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests, and pro-active problem solving. Cleaning and maintaining the equipment and interior of the vehicle is also part of the job. Specific routes and customers are assigned to build rapport with the customers serviced, making customer service and relationship-building crucial in this position.

Requirements

• Must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• A High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals.
• A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit.
