Deliver orders to customers’ homes and businesses and pick up any new items that customers leave in the designated pick-up location. Update and maintain the route stop order over time as new stops are added to the manifest. Utilize the maps function to drive to the next stop on the route. Scan order tags of items to be delivered, and/or when picking up bags from the customer. Ensure all items are properly scanned and accounted for and move on to the next customer. Repeat these steps until the route is completed.

Speak with customers in-person, via text message, and/or phone call to help with any questions, concerns, or issues they may have. Engage in team meetings and participate in company and community events.
  • Integrity and Reliability: Show up to work on time, and ready to start. Own your mistakes and learn from them. Maintain honest lines of communication with customers, teammates, and management. If you see someone breaking a policy or acting dishonestly, report it to your supervisor or the next appropriate manager you feel comfortable speaking with. Remain engaged, focused, and above reproach without constant supervision.
