About The Position

Strategic Retail Partners (SRP) is an international leader in in-store merchandising solutions, founded in 1969. The company has established relationships with thousands of international, national, and regional retailers, providing customized solutions in over 70,000+ locations across the U.S. and Canada. With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions, SRP aims to exceed the expectations of on-the-go consumers. The Route Service Representative role involves independently traveling across a large territory to implement merchandising plans, ensure compliance with company standards, and manage product displays and stock in various store locations. This position requires driving a company vehicle, maintaining a company-paid storage unit, and collaborating with store managers to achieve merchandising goals.

Requirements

  • Valid drivers license and good driving record
  • Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom)
  • Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently
  • Be 25 years of age or older
  • Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred

Responsibilities

  • Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Set up, replenish, and merchandise trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.
  • Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
  • Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
  • Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
  • Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
  • Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.
