Requirements

• A positive, professional attitude with strong follow-through
• Self-motivation and problem-solving ability
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday

Responsibilities

• Service and support an established route of local business customers
• Deliver Fikes products and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate service records
• Build trusted relationships and identify opportunities to expand services
• Represent Fikes with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
• Continuously learn and adapt as our product offerings grow
