About The Position

Our company is looking for hard-working, customer service and sales-oriented individuals to join our team. The Route Service Representatives are the face of the company and are essential team members in ensuring timely deliveries and happy customers. The Route Service Representatives drive a company truck with an established route or territory, deliver and pick up our products and rental items. The Route Service Representative works professionally, safely, and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations. Enjoy great hours for those going to school or for those wanting to spend more time with family and friends. This is a full-time position, NOT seasonal. Requirements

Customer service and sales-oriented
Strong communication skills
High School Graduate, 21+ years of age
Must have a standard driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Able to drive in all weather conditions and endure outdoor elements.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
Experience driving a box truck is preferred.
Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicle for garments pickup and delivery.
Operate a lift gate on company vehicle for loading/unloading purposes
Ensure delivery loads are accurate and properly filled
Manually load soiled garments onto carts
Handle carts properly during garment transportation.
Unload soiled merchandise and load clean merchandise for the next day.
Utilize a PDA for customer needs
Deliver and communicate invoice changes
Keep route book updated.
Other duties as required
