About The Position

As a Route Service Driver at Krispy Kreme, you will be responsible for delivering fresh and delicious doughnuts to various Krispy Kreme shops and occasionally to customers. This role emphasizes great customer service, teamwork, and effective communication skills to foster professional relationships with shop teams. You will also be tasked with loading products onto your vehicle and ensuring safe driving practices while on the road.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or GED is necessary.
• Proficiency in reading and writing for validating product orders and understanding road signs.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with route deliveries.
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Familiarity with handheld devices for inventory management.
• Driving experience with a commercial vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver doughnuts to various Krispy Kreme shops and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with shop teams.
• Load products onto the delivery vehicle while cross-referencing shuttle delivery orders.
• Ensure safe driving practices and adhere to traffic rules and regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle and report any concerns to the Supervisor.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
