About The Position

We are seeking a qualified applicant to join our close-knit, family-owned organization as a Route Service Representative. We're looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills, is detail oriented, and can work independently in a fast paced environment. What will a typical day look like for you? Deliver/Pick up uniforms, linens, floor mats, and other products to current customers Responds and resolves customer issues, complaints, or requests and communicates all concerns/issues to the Service Manager Handles, properly and accurately, all paperwork related to deliveries including, but not limited to, invoices and Route Accountability Sheets We understand the importance of work/life balance. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills & communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
  • DOT medical card (or able to obtain one)
  • Able to frequently lift/carry 50-75 pounds
  • Able to push/pull linen bins/delivery hamper weighing up to 200 pounds
  • Able to drive extensively in varied weather conditions

Responsibilities

  • Deliver/Pick up uniforms, linens, floor mats, and other products to current customers
  • Responds and resolves customer issues, complaints, or requests and communicates all concerns/issues to the Service Manager
  • Handles, properly and accurately, all paperwork related to deliveries including, but not limited to, invoices and Route Accountability Sheets
