As a Route Service Driver, you'll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our growth.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Willingness to climb stairs, enter kitchens, and work in tight spaces.
- Strong communication skills with a service-type mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical aptitude and/or driving experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing commercial dish machines and related equipment.
- Training customers on the proper use of cleaning and sanitizing products.
- Delivering and picking up chemical products as scheduled.
- Building strong relationships with customers and decision makers.
- Handling emergency service calls (on-call rotation).
- Promoting companion products and services to help our customers succeed.
- Collecting payments and following up on account balances.
- Supporting contract renewals and price adjustments.
