A growing Japanese food import startup is hiring a Route Sales Representative. The company imports popular Japanese food products and distributes them to grocery retailers . After successfully building its foundation in its first year, the company is now entering an exciting growth phase! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a growing organization.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual Japanese/English required
• Valid driver's license (driving required)
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Food industry experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Regular store visits and shelf management (stocking, organizing, displaying)
• Communicating with store managers and staff (English communication required)
• Introduce new products and conduct product presentations
• Take orders and coordinate deliveries
• Work collaboratively with internal members to ensure smooth operations
• Data entry and preparation of sales support materials
