About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions.
• Friendly, reliable, and safety-focused attitude with great communication skills.
• Comfortable using basic technology for order entry and reporting.

Nice To Haves

• Locksmith Experience Preferred
• Previous driving, route delivery, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Batteries Plus products and services, including key cutting, car battery installation, wiper blade replacement, and more.
• Build relationships with new and existing commercial customers through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Deliver products safely and efficiently along assigned routes while meeting delivery deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized vehicle and ensure daily inspections are completed.
• Operate the company vehicle safely in all traffic and weather conditions.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company standards.
• Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending solutions to grow accounts.
• Support general store or warehouse operations as needed to ensure smooth service.
