This position will service an established client base over several sales territories in Columbia, Missouri and surrounding areas, consisting of independent garages and new car dealerships in the area. We provide premium products and equipment used by automotive professionals to perform essential fluid maintenance services, along with a full line of shop essentials such as chemicals, aerosols, fasteners, detailing products, tire and wheel supplies, and janitorial/building supplies. What we will expect: Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the company’s core values and commitment to quality products, exceptional client service, and continuous training. Cultivate and sustain strong, loyal client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction. Plan, organize, and execute daily routes to efficiently deliver products and provide sales support to current and potential clients. Facilitate client orders, communicate inventory needs to the appropriate team, and ensure timely restocking. Deliver products punctually and in accurate quantities, verifying all orders for correctness. Monitor client inventory levels and product usage, proactively addressing stock needs to maintain adequate supply. Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of client care. Engage in training sessions to expand product knowledge and refine sales techniques. Keep the company-provided vehicle clean, well-maintained, and operational. Work closely with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experience.
