Route Sales Representative Location: Rochester, Minnesota Job type: Full time Schedule: 7am Start time, Monday - Friday Hourly pay: $24.50 - $27.50/hr Compensation for this position includes hourly pay, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. Viking Electric is looking for a Route Sales Driver to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing inventory, and driving results.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Motor Vehicle Policy requirements.
  • Must be 21+ and able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver products to customer sites and manage inventory using digital tools.
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow sales.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to increase Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) revenue.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
