Requirements

Sales experience or a passion for customer experience.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-first attitude.
An eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic team environment.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Service existing customer accounts and build strong relationships.
Help customers place orders and recommend products that fit their needs.
Solve problems and ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.
Step in to support routes as needed (variety keeps things interesting).
Gain exposure to multiple routes, customers, and sales strategies-fast-tracking your experience and growth.
