The Route Sales Representative is a full-time role responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products to various local stores. This position involves driving a Frito-Lay truck, unloading orders, merchandising products, and collaborating with store managers to boost sales. The role includes a comprehensive training program and offers a dynamic work environment.

Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to local stores including gas stations and grocery stores.
Unload orders and merchandise products at each store.
Partner with store managers to increase sales and maintain product displays.
Maintain records of sales and orders throughout the day.
Complete national initiatives to grow sales on the route.

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
Ability to lift 40 lbs. frequently with or without accommodation.
Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.

$2,000 retention bonus over 18 months (based on performance and eligibility).
