About The Position

Requirements

• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have a mechanical inclination.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70lbs.

Responsibilities

• Use problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.
• Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers.
