About The Position

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking motivated, customer-focused, and sales-oriented individuals to join their team as Route Service Representatives. In this full-time, permanent role, the representative will be the face of the company, driving a company truck within an assigned territory to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats, and other rental products. The position involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to earn bonuses and commission, and operating the truck safely and professionally in compliance with regulations. Prudential Overall Supply has over 90 years of leadership in uniform and textile rental, with more than 30 locations nationwide and over 2,000 employees, focusing on exceptional customer service and high-quality products. Requirements

High School Graduate
21+ years of age
Must have an active driver’s license with a clean driving record
Customer service and sales-oriented
Strong communication skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Candidate must satisfy all customer-required background compliance criteria to maintain eligibility for this role
DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE

Nice To Haves

2+ years of customer service experience preferred
Experience driving a box truck or step-van is preferred
Safe driving skills in all weather conditions
Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Drive a company truck within an assigned territory to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to earn a route bonus and commission
Operate a truck safely and professionally while following all federal and state vehicle regulations
Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments, ensuring all loads are accurate and properly prepared
Load and unload soiled and clean merchandise, handling carts carefully during transport
Use company devices to manage customer orders, communicate invoice changes, and maintain an updated route book
Perform other duties as needed to support smooth route operations
