About The Position

Reporting to the Distribution Planning Manager, the Route Replenishment Planner will be responsible for the planning and movement of finished goods from distribution or mixing centers to central warehouses and/or routes in order to satisfy demand while managing shelf life, inventory levels, and cost targets. Duties will include reviewing route plans, confirming inventory levels, and executing the deployment of inventory to individual routes. Duration: April 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (with potential extension) Location: Emeryville, CA – Hybrid, 4 days onsite Schedule: Full-Time Hourly: $53/hr. What You Will Do Evaluate Logility system route recommendations and confirm and execute the transfers of inventory Create and edit transfer orders and complete handoff with transportation teams Evaluate inventory coverage at Central Warehouses and suggest re-deployment or route to route transfers as necessary to minimize risk of scrap Monitor and maintain service levels for specified SKU class or customer priority Manage inventory transitions of seasonal, LTO, or discontinued items Create process for warehouse manager, account, and supply chain teams to collaborate Provide guidance for weekly inventory levels (open order pre-shipment to be received by route) Responsible for the continuously monitoring adherence to schedules, inventories, shipments’ status, and predict any financial and operational risks Analyzes root causes, preparing scenarios and response options, evaluating trade-offs, and owning decision rights to determine optimal response (escalate if needed). Facilitate connections between Logistics/Transport and Shipping teams Communicate risks, issues, changes to impacted stakeholders and Distribution Planning Manager Who You Are Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mathematics, Business, Supply Chain Logistics and Distribution Minimum of 3 years in inventory demand/supply planning 3-5 years of warehouse/logistics center management experience in a fast paced and multi-cultural environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mathematics, Business, Supply Chain Logistics and Distribution
