About The Position

The Route Relief Representative supports established routes by merchandising, replenishing, and maintaining our products in retail locations. This role requires frequent travel, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while representing the company professionally. Company vehicle provided Company-issued cell phone Meal allowance for overnight travel Hotel accommodations covered for overnight travel The schedule is typically 50-60 hours a week and will include regular overnight travel up to 4 days a week every week, Monday - Friday with a 6AM start time. Compensation Range: $52,088– $61,932 annually Note: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.85 – $19.85 per hour. The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Ability to travel up to four overnights weekly
  • Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom)
  • Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently
  • Be 21years of age or older
  • Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred

Responsibilities

  • Setup, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at local stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs upgraded fleet
  • Maintain accurate inventory, install display and promotional materials
  • Provide excellent service to customers, identify opportunities to build relationships and grow sales
  • Work independently while being part of a motivated and supportive team
  • Take pride in presenting a good company imag
