As a Full-Time Route Relief Driver at Viking Coca Cola, you will embark on an exciting journey that begins with conducting thorough pre-trip inspections of your vehicle to ensure adherence to DOT regulations. Your day will involve verifying inventory during the check-out process and skillfully driving products to various customer locations. Upon arrival, you'll engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner while unloading and merchandising products according to our high standards. You'll also manage invoicing using handheld devices, collect payments, and ensure the pickup of damaged or returned items. Communication is key, as you'll collaborate with the sales team on marketing efforts and maintain the cleanliness of your vehicle. Requirements
- A valid commercial driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with handheld devices and invoicing software
- Organizational skills are necessary to manage inventory, merchandise products, and handle the check-in process efficiently.
