About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and flexible Route Relief Driver to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in our daily operations by covering routes when drivers are out, responding to last-minute scheduling needs, and supporting various routes across our service area. The Route Relief Driver supports daily operations by safely driving assigned routes, stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring all items meet inventory and expiration standards. This role moves efficiently between multiple locations, maintaining accurate product levels and delivering excellent service while adapting to changing route needs. What We’re Looking For

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and adapt to frequent changes in routes
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift/move 50lbs as needed
• Monday-Friday 4:00 AM Start Time
• Variable start as needed
• Average 10-12 Hour Days
• 45-50 Hours Per Week
• Optional Weekends

Nice To Haves

• Prior route driving, delivery, or customer service experience preferred
