About The Position

The Route Relief Driver is responsible for the delivery and restocking of products to retail stores and/or wholesale distribution locations.

Requirements

• Maintain a Class A CDL and current medical card
• Ability to safely load, unload, and deliver products
• Ability to verify shipment accuracy and salable condition of the product
• Ability to complete daily inventory, orders, delivery invoices, and proof of delivery

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and deliver products to each account
• Drive truck over established route to deliver, stock, and stage products at customer locations
• Verify shipment accuracy and salable condition of the product
• Collect empty containers, and reject, or unsold merchandise for return
• Complete daily inventory, orders, delivery invoices, and proof of delivery as required
• Maintain a Class A CDL and current medical card. Per Company and/or DOT regulations, report any moving violations to management immediately
• Maintain reliable attendance and consistent work hours
• Exhibit courteousness toward customers, and work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors
• Maintain a neat appearance and follow established policies and the direction of management
