SummaryThe days and hours for the position are Monday to Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM Performs pre-settlement and/or cashiering duties in a Distribution Center. Submits daily route deposits, driver over and short research and resolution (cash and product/load)

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Sitting (80%), bending, walking, and kneeling
Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs

Nice To Haves

Some college preferred
Experience in cash room environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Review and verify end of day driver paperwork.
Run daily route status report to verify that all delivery routes settled.
Ensure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork (DSD, store stamps, etc.)
Finalize driver Handheld and adjust any reconciling items.
Research Mail Checks, print backup and code in Payment Manager
Maintain Missing Documents Log
Maintain driver compliance, settlement reconciliation and driver deposit log.
Review settlement exception reports and resolve issues.
Work with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve SAP.
Submit daily check deposits via check scanner and banking portal.
Monitor credit card payments through Clover portal.
Works Closely with distribution, settlement, and cash teams to identify and correct variances.
Collect, scan, and report any late paperwork from prior days settlements, separately from regular daily settlement.
Dally monitoring of pallets for the distribution team
Prepping cash deposits for Brinks pick-up
