Primary Duties and Responsibilities Manages daily route assignments to ensure all customers are properly serviced be contractual agreements Monitors service, safety and production of all drivers on the assigned route Manages driver time and attendance to ensure efficiency Responsible for resolving issues with Driver errors and missed customer pickups Oversees driver compliance with regulatory agency and company training Coordinates with Safety and HR teams for driver drug and alcohol testing and physical requirements Conducts appropriate investigations for all incidents and injuries appropriately suggesting areas of improvement and training Maintains a relationship with the dispatch team regarding customer service and any foreseeable issues Works with the Operational and HR teams to resolve any employee relation concerns Manages all appropriate documentation for the Department of Transportation compliance Manages and audits all daily driver documentation and data to include time and attendance, service tickets, and driver hours Promotes a union free workplace as appropriate Analyzes daily route and suggests areas of improvement to the Operation Management team Job Qualifications Education: High School Diploma Post-secondary education in business, computers, or office management Experience and Competencies: Experience in the waste industry with DOT regulated positions Strong attention to detail Prompt, professional and dependable demeanor Benefits Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) FCC Environmental Services, LLC operates in a multicultural, global environment and is a richly diverse organization operating seamlessly as one company.
