About The Position

Pool Centurion is a leading provider of pool service, repairs, and renovations across South Florida. The Route Manager is responsible for overseeing daily pool service operations across assigned routes. This role ensures efficient scheduling, high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and proper maintenance of company equipment and vehicles. The Route Manager serves as a key point of coordination between technicians, customers, and management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in pool service, maintenance, or a related field
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Route planning and logistics management
  • Knowledge of pool systems, chemicals, and maintenance practices
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Leadership and team development
  • Attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent bending, walking, and standing
  • Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
  • Driving to multiple job sites daily.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and optimize daily service routes for pool technicians
  • Supervise and support field technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Monitor completion of scheduled services, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks
  • Train new employees on service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
  • Inspect pools and equipment periodically to ensure work meets company standards
  • Manage inventory of chemicals, tools, and supplies for assigned routes
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate service records, route logs, and performance reports
  • Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained and operated safely
  • Enforce safety guidelines and compliance with local regulations
