Requirements
- Training and supervising employees to work safely and efficiently
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis
- Monitoring equipment for any safety concerns
- Proficiency with ordering and reporting software
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide leadership for a team of our Snack Route Salesmen
- Maintain good relationships with our customers, proactively solving problems and managing complaints
- Regularly ride routes with our salesmen, providing feedback on customer service and helping identify areas for additional training
- Review route dispatching and route assignments, providing feedback for areas of success and areas needing improvement
- Evaluate the condition of equipment to ensure safe operations for our employees, completing maintenance requests as needed
