As a Route Management Specialist at IDEXX, you will provide support for IDEXX Customer Service, Sales, Lab Operations and Transportation Teams. In this role, you will monitor transportation vendor performance and provide troubleshooting and communication support. Schedule: This is a virtual, full-time (40 hr/wk.) position with a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm schedule. Please note that the bulk of our transportation activities occur overnight and on weekends, so there will be times when there is the need to take customer escalation calls at nights or on weekends. Reliable and dependable attendance is an essential function of the position. Travel is 5% or less.
