Objective: As a Customer Experience Leader, you'll be critical in creating outstanding customer moments and advancing our sales initiatives. No prior experience necessary—our thorough training program has you covered! Position: Customer Experience Leader Location: Jacksonville, FL Pay: Up to $26/Hr+ total compensation made up of (Hourly Rate + Profit Sharing (Uncapped) + Tips) Schedule: Full Time – 4-5 shifts weekly (1 weekend shift mandatory + 3-4 weekday shifts) What We're Looking For: Sales-Minded: Love for selling and a talent for surpassing customer needs. Requirements

Upbeat attitude, dependability, and customer service orientation
Age Requirement: Minimum 21 years old (insurance requirement).
Driver's License: Valid unrestricted driver's license necessary.
Physical Capability: Must lift up to 75+ lbs. frequently.
Relevant Background: Experience in delivery, warehousing, moving, retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, sales or general labor.
