This is a local route where you will be home every night. We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000, and a six-month training period with guaranteed pay of $1,100/week. Requirements
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs (with proper tools)
Nice To Haves
- Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT preferred
Responsibilities
- Own Your Route: Manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Deliver Essential Services: Maintain parts-washing equipment and handle scheduled waste drum pickups.
- Drive Sales: Spot opportunities, recommend services, and boost your earnings through performance.
- Work Independently: Plan efficient routes, stay safe, and represent Crystal Clean with professionalism.
