About The Position

Liberty Tire Recycling is looking for a Box Truck Driver. As a driver, you will be going out to main stores to pick up their used tires. You will be going out with a Route Helper, a team of 2. Both of you are responsible for manually loading and stacking these used tires onto the back of the trucks. Each tire can weigh up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• 1 year experience box truck experience
• Must be 21 years of age with clean driving record
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed and some on Holiday’s.
• You must be willing to start early morning and the ending time for the day depends on your daily route.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet all FMCSA driver qualification requirements
• Maintain acceptable MVR in compliance with DOT
• Pass post-offer background and drug test
• Load and lace the tires into the trailers
• Always be professional at our tire stores
